Jesus Christ was one of the first advocates
of diversity and inclusion.
He excluded no one when he said that
the greatest commandment is to love one another.
He said love your neighbor as yourself.
In the professional setting, we don’t like to use the word “love,”
so we call it diversity and inclusion.
Loving and respecting our differences
is part of the fabric of the greater good
that we are called to do.
