I will speak joy into every space,
starting with who you are,
and never ending.

I speak the joy of

peaceful,
happy,
healthy.“

I will speak joy into every space,
even into the spaces of those gone
for one reason or another,
even to where I appear to be the only giver of joy.
Speaking is the ultimate prelude
to manifesting.

I will speak metta without expectation.
Metta is the grace that arrives in our souls each day to thank the windows, and the sun and the sky and the trees and the roads and the journeys and the bridges and the paths.

“Thank you,” Metta says, “for giving me air to breathe and space to take up.” 

Thank you metta for where we have been.

Thank you metta for friends along the way.

Thank you metta for how we evolve each day.
