We realize the light when we center in the release of letting go, without holding onto to someone else's malfeasance. When we let go, we realize that the release is our gift and forgiveness gives to us rather than takes from us.

Forgiveness is the light that shines brightly from us when we release whatever we carry and liberate ourselves in the light of liberation.

A Course in Miracles says "[i]n kind forgiveness will the world sparkle and shine, and everything you once thought sinful now will be reinterpreted as part of Heaven. . . .Forgiveness is release from all illusions." 

When I forgive, I release whatever stands in my way, even my own disbelief of my abilities. When I forgive, I move out of my way and allow the light of absolute good to shine as me.

When I forgive, I grow, evolve, and change. Forgiveness radiates in, as, and through me as the light of the holy relationship.
