TRUTH: August 23, 2021

The truth is always present, waiting for us to accept its absolute good.

In truth, we are the power to change our lives in an instant. But what is the truth? It is not the ego, limiting ourselves to untruth, in the total contradiction of the love in which we live, breathe and have our being.

The breath allows us to re-connect with the truth, realizing that we are not governed by past fears, failures, or foolishness. Did someone tell you that you were not good enough? Did you fail the test the first time? Did a parent or an ancestor not have the capacity to show you the way? Nothing and no one can limit your greatness.

The truth is just beyond your disbelief, just waiting for you to realize that nothing and no one can keep you from your greatest good.

Mindfulness is the gateway to the truth in us.

Can you pause here and now in the nothingness that is nowhere, unlimited in the awareness that needs nothing from no one?

In the breath of truth, we can breathe through the extension of being down to the belly of the earth and realize that we are grounded in the unlimited power of love.

In the breath of truth, we can rise above the level of the problem and experience the solution as clear as day.

In truth, we connect with the infinite channels of Absolute Good, knowing that we have no one and nothing to fear.

In truth, we rise above the appearances of any circumstance, realizing that love always manifests our good.

The truth is that “[w]hen you come to the edge of all the light that you have, and must take a step into the darkness of the unknown, believe that one of two things will happen to you: either there will be something solid for you to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly.”
