Change your mind.
A Course in Miracles says “[t]he world you see is what you gave it, nothing more than that. But though it is no more than that, it is not less. Therefore, to you it is important. It is the witness to your state of mind, the outside picture of an inward condition. As a man thinketh, so does he perceive. Therefore, seek not to change the world, but choose to change your mind about the world. Perception is a result and not a cause.”
Now is the time to rise in love rather than be defeated by worry. Now is the time to push beyond our limitations and images of lack, and triumph in the miracles that we can rise above despair and be lifted in the power that we are.
“Faith and belief, upheld by reason, cannot fail to lead to changed perception. And in this change is room made way for vision. Vision extends beyond itself, as does the purpose that it serves, and all the means for its accomplishment.” (A Course in Miracles)
You can always change to accept your greatness, strength, and determination. Through mindfulness practices, you can rewire your brain, which results in greater courage, creativity, enlightenment, immunity, and better stress management. We can step outside of the narrative and be the power that we are, centered in positivity.
Scientists say that “the body is constantly in a state of reinvention. Cells replenish themselves regularly. Old cells die and new ones are born. Of all your organs, your skin replaces itself the most quickly, but each one regenerates. You do not have the same physical body you had just a few years ago. Every cell has been replaced.” (Dr. Christiane Northrup, from Goddesses Never Age: The Secret Prescription for Radiance, Vitality, and Well-Being). Begin your day with the good medicine of the soul, blessing what suffers, knowing that the healing that we need will take place.

“I see every life experience as part of the journey, rather than destinations, we must reach. The resistance we encounter along the way, both our own and that of others, is necessary because by challenging us, it forces us to grow. If we embrace
[change], we flourish.”Dr. Ivan Hernandez, Courage to Continue: Steps for Boldly Surmounting Life’s Adversities

“[C]hange must have a cause that will endure,
or else it will not last.”A Course in Miracles

“To change is to attain a state
unlike the one in which you found yourself before.”A Course in Miracles

“The body can appear to change with time,
with sickness or with health,
and with events that seem to alter it.
Yet this but means the mind remains unchanged
in its belief
of what the purpose of the body is.”A Course in Miracles
