The joy of a contemplative practice of meditation is the realization that the Higher Consciousness of Love is always speaking to us. We just fail to listen. But when we slow down long enough to listen to the breath that we all share, we begin the process of healing separation, of realizing that we are all the same in the divine energy of the universe.

In the professional setting, we don’t like to use the word “love,” so we call it diversity and inclusion.
