One of the greatest acts of self-care is to give.

Giving from the heart is the most profound way to experience the generosity of what we give.

Picasso said that while the meaning of life is to find your gift, the real purpose of life is to give it away.

How do we decide whether we give enough? Einstein said we should give the world the equivalent of what we take from it.

When we center in the moment, we can release our gifts from the heart without attachment, and give enough to make the world a better place than how we found it.

Gifts from the heart and not the ego or wallet, given with love and compassion, never cease to give back. We can do things for others without being asked.

We can give the gift of our time and support through listening, appreciating, sharing, uplifting, acknowledging, empathizing, smiling, understanding, hugging, cooking, cleaning, lifting, guiding, mentoring, sponsoring, trusting, and being compassionate.

Giving from the heart continues to give through us as divine ideas, like a chain effect, we keep realizing one gift after another that we can give without ceasing.
