In this breath, I cast my ballot,
releasing all fear,
all doubt,
all worry.
Nothing and no one can keep
us from attaining the good
for all, everywhere present.
I let it go: the enemy called fear,
the enemy called hatred,
the enemy called sadness,
the enemy called depression,
the enemy called dis-ease,
the enemy called envy,
the enemy called bullying,
the enemy called resentment,
and I realize in this breath
that the enemy never was
or ever will be
stronger than the pure consciousness
and power of love.

When we take a moment and breathe, we realize that we are
an embodiment of the Kingdom
that blesses us,
and by so doing blesses others,
without ceasing.
We know that we are love,
which as John says,
is God.

When we center in the breath that connects us all,
we can slow down,
and be aware of our sisters
and our brothers
without judgment.
We can approach the altar of forgiveness with unconditional compassion,
and we spare no one
the power of love
emanating from our hearts,
by our touch,
in our eyes,
as our voice.
