RELEASE, LET GO, AND BE MADE BRAND NEW: October 14, 2020

In this breath, I release the so-called enemy.
I let it go: the enemy called fear, the enemy called hatred,
the enemy called sadness, the enemy called depression,
the enemy called dis-ease, the enemy called envy,
the enemy called bullying, the enemy called resentment,
and I realize in this breath that the enemy never was
or ever will be stronger
than the pure consciousness and power of love.

Renouncing what is not for our highest good and letting it go opens space for what we desire to manifest. When we don’t release, we allow the toxins of what we don’t want or need to harden and collect, and the ability to move forward becomes more difficult – just like the residue in a pipe

What is there that you need to release and let go of, even in terms of forgiving others? It can be more difficult to hold on to that which we falsely believe still serves us because of our need to define ourselves by it, because of our own pride, because of our blinders, because of our unwillingness to part from those stories or complaints that we have carried for so long we can’t imagine ourselves without them.

I let go of all erroneous beliefs, all fears, all jealousies, all doubts. I release their hold over me and generations to come.

I release the pain of my suffering, my hurt, as well as the sins and deep trauma of my ancestors.  I release the hurt and sorrow and misery carried in our bones.

I let go of the pain that has emerged as a pandemic and pandemonium, and I accept the light and restoration of its anti-bodies, of its natural restorative healing.

And I am renewed today, I am restored in the light of renunciation.
