MAY YOU BE AT EASE: October 3, 2020

Metta meditation is what allows us to connect with the metta in us. Say to yourself – may I be safe, may I be happy, may I be healthy, may I live at ease – and you are pouring metta into your soul.  What does it taste like, feel like, look like?  Say to your mother and father who gave you birth may you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live at ease in eternal grace.

Say to your partner to have or partner to be: may you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live at ease.  Say to your employer: may you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live at ease. 

Say to your children born and unborn: may you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live at ease.  Say to your enemies: may you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live at ease. You aren’t required to feel anything; the words of metta are enough. Metta is the bridge to realizing we are one.
