DAY 23 – I PRACTICE BEING MINDFUL: October 2, 2019

“We should not wait until our mind
is suffering in order to practice.
If we do not have the habit of practicing,
we will forget to practice when we need to,
and we will allow our emotions
to overwhelm us and carry us away.
We should practice every day
in order to have a good habit,
and in that way
when the strong emotions come along,
we shall know how to practice
to deal with them and master them.”
