In gratitude, there is no past, present or future,
but there is a now that is in harmony with truth.

The truth is that love embraces us all.

In this moment, I breathe in the breath of knowing that
past, present and future do not exist.

Instead I am, we are, awesome opportunity
moving forward as a divine channel of Spirit,
blessing everyone.

I am free from the old me,
and dance with the new me
as power to be who I am
in an instant.

I am liberated in the bliss of knowing
that the kingdom of God really is in me.
