The energy of light embodies us but also is us.
We are more light than matter,
more love than fear,
more power than weakness,
more success than failure.

As we close our eyes,
we find ourselves connecting
beyond body, time and space
to our light of eternity and grace.

Our light lifts from our first energy center of our creativity,
this divine wellspring of  Eden giving birth.

Our light radiates through our second energy center,
our Abraham center of digestion and elimination,
process and release through the energy of faith,
judging our environment
not by appearances but by righteous judgment.

Our light emanates from our third energy center
located in the pit of our gut, our stomach,  our solar plexus,
Our Israel center of spiritual thought rising to unite us
with the Joseph center of enlightenment,
 illuminated through our imagination.

Our light fills our fourth energy center
heart, lungs, and thymus,
with God’s full expression of love
carrying all 12 of our faculties,
the sons of Israel – unity beating as us.

The light o f love lifts us above the mediocrity
of stress and pain and desire
into our fifth energy center of liberation,
located in the center of our throat and thyroid,
expressing the light of Moses,
up from the wilderness
into the Promised Land.

We rise through the light of liberation
into the sixth energy of awareness,
the pineal gland, the third eye,
center of David’ grace.

The light of grace moves us  into the seventh energy center
of Solomon, the pituitary gland
of wisdom, providing balance, harmony with all things.

The light of wisdom  enters the energy  of Ka,
Christ’s conscious connection to
all that is, oneness with absolute good.
