ACCEPT THE POWER OF THIS MOMENT: September 6, 2018

By breathing out, we know that
I am here for you,
and you are here for me.
By breathing in,
we remember
that we are one with each breath.

By breathing out,
we accept the power of this moment,
where we can simply be.

By breathing in, we forgive.
By breathing out, we forget.

Mindfulness is the altar
at which we bring our worries
and let them rest
until they fade away.

Great post and great blog! 🙂

    1. Thanks so much.
I enjoy your blog and look forward to reading more of it.
Don’t know if you read my blog on What is Mindfulness?
What you are saying is so true.
We have to define it for ourselves . . .

Thank you! I will definitely check it out 🙂

      2. Thanks. What are getting your PhD in?

      3. Kat says:

I am doing my PhD in mindfulness and movement. Specifically, we are looking at if individuals who are more mindful or who practice mindfulness are more physically active than those who do not practice mindfulness.

  2. Oh, that’s very interesting. I practice daily and try to first practice and then hit the gym. My job requires me to sit at a computer most of the day, and I am trying to be mindful about getting up and taking walks because my body definitely requires it.
