It is important to realize that we are a healing, restorative temple of light,
and that the energy of light embodies us.

As we close our eyes,
we find ourselves connecting
beyond body, time and space
breathing from the awareness of light,
the light in which we live, move and have our being,
the light of the soul in which we are,
the light of the breath,
breathing through the seat of creation.
