I BREATHE THE BUDDHA AND THE BUDDHA BREATHES ME. IN THIS BREATH, I AM MINDFUL THAT I AM BREATHING. IN THIS BREATH, I HAVE NO WORRIES. IN THIS BREATH, I INHALE AND I EXHALE. IN THIS BREATH, I SURRENDER TO THE CHRIST. IN THIS BREATH, I BREATHE IN ONENESS. I BREATHE IN THE SIMPLICITY OF GOD BREATHING ME: GOD AS KRISHNA, GOD AS JEHOVAH, GOD AS ALLAH. I BREATHE IN THE SILENCE THAT FILLS ME WITH STILLNESS, AND I LISTEN.
