“Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.” (Psalm 147:5)

Jeremiah said “No one is like you, Lord; you are great, and your name is mighty in power.”  (Jeremiah 10:6)

As Micah 3:8 says “But as for me, I am filled with power, with the Spirit of the Lord,” God is the only power there is.

Luke 9:1 says “When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases.”

Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God (John 13:3).

Acts 1:8 says “you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you.”  This is the power that we center in today.

“To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.”  (Colossians 1:29)

We are energized, uplifted and renewed in the only power that there is.
