we don’t try to run away from it.
In fact, we have to go back
and take care of it.

of being overwhelmed,
because we know
how to breathe
and how to walk so as to generate
enough energy of mindfulness
to recognize and
take care of the suffering.
If you have enough mindfulness
generated by the practice
of mindful breathing
and walking,
you’re no longer afraid
to be with yourself.”
