IN EACH BREATH, I AM AWARE: January 3, 2018

WEEK ONE OF THE 40-DAY MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE
LISTEN TO MEDITATION GUIDANCE
BY CLICKING HERE

There is no wrong or right way to meditate.
Every meditation experience is different.

I will often use the same guidance
because the guidance is not as important
as what you are experiencing.

In fact, this week, I will repeat the same meditation,
which will help you to focus
and become acquainted with the practice. . . .

 . . . . The only right meditation posture
is the one that
works best for you.

Listen to what your body tells you.

Release everything
and everyone
and simply be one
with your breath.

In the breath,  be silent.
In the silence, be aware.

The music excerpted here can be purchased on i-Tunes:
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky – “Hymn of the Cherubim”
Peter Kater and R. Carlos Nakai – “Wandering,”
“Quietude,” “Honoring,” and “Service”
