You can center in any meditation,
at any time,
in any place.
There is no right or wrong way.
The simplicity of mindfulness
only requires that we start in the present moment,
becoming aware of where we are right now,
without judgment. . . .
Close your eyes completely,
or leave them partly open.
Sit comfortably, so you are
not distracted by your posture. . . .
Listen to what your body tells you.
aware of the present moment
and breathe out,
aware of the breath.
Acknowledge how the breathes you,
and you breathe the breath.
[Breathing in the silence.]
Now, slowly return
to the here and now,
filled with the energy and awareness
of simply being. . . .
