Today, I take a minute to slow down long enough,
and breathe in the pure presence of good,
which covers every aspect of who I AM.
I breathe in and out slowly in the only power,
the only peace, the only energy,
the only love that there is.
In this breathe,
I realize the Kingdom of Absolute Good in me.
Everything in the universe
is blessing me here and now.
