Love uplifts my soul from the messiness around me.
In this breath, I release everyone and everything that is not for my highest good.
I breathe in and out the infinite breath of grace.
Grace fills my being from the top of my head
through my face,
ears, eyes, nose, mouth and neck;
down through my shoulders, arms,
hands, fingers, and chest,
through my abdomen,
love flows releasing any poison,
any sickness, any despair.
Love shines through my heart,
each and every beat.
Love flows through my reproductive organs,
love blesses every organ, cell and molecule
of my being;
love blesses my glutes, hips, quads,
calves ankles, toes, every single toe;
love blesses the bottom of my feet.
In the light of love,
I am restored, rejuvenated, recreated.
