Feel the natural flow of breath.
Here and now.
Just breathe in the awareness that you are.
Allow yourself to see the breath as light.
See the light as love. Allow it to be without condition, without worry, without force.
And if your thoughts drift, bless them.
Allow them to return.
Be gentle with yourself, and return to the center of you,
the soul of you,
the awareness of being one with your breath.
You are love.
