“The highest reward of meditation is the supreme degree of alertness
which meditation generates.
This awareness can facilitate a deep and powerful connection
with every single living and non-living object in the universe.
When you meditate
you lose the capacity to be selfish.
You no longer possess the ability to hate anyone.
You find it extremely difficult to restrict
your love to only your closed ones.
When you meditate you see through your eyes
but you don’t react through your mind.
from How to Meditate Effortlessly
When I look into the mirror of my life, I love me – every birth and re-birth, triumph and failure, every strength and every weakness – because they have made ME who I am. I love every inch of my soul. I love me more than Elizabeth Barrett Browning could ever imagine, when she wrote – “How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I love thee to the depth and breadth and height my soul can reach, when feeling out of sight for the ends of Being and ideal Grace.” I love every inch of my soul. And why is that important, because when I listen to the truth, when I really hear God‘s voice, I have to go deep. In the depth of my soul, I remember that I am made of love and I am only success, and those who would make me happy and help me be the fullest expression of who I am are always here. How do I love thee? I love thee with loving success with every thought of my mind, with every atom of my body, with every inch of my soul.
Say throughout this meditation to yourself and know throughout the day, “I love every inch of my soul.”
