I LET GO OF OLD SICKNESS: Week 52 Day 5 of the 2015 Meditation Challenge

I let go of old sickness,
old diagnoses from yesterday,
yester hour and yester minute.
Old fears fall from the heart of my
redemption, which pours old balms
for mending old breaks
that have outworn
old sorrows.
