I FILL EVERY SPACE WITH LOVE: Week 6 Day 6 of the 2015 Meditation Challenge

In the silence, we breathe in the energy of love and allow it to fill our entire being – not just in the flesh but also in the soul and the spirit of who we are. The love of our being is not merely what gives us perfect peace, aligning us with the supreme grace of unconditional and absolute good. Love also blesses the hearts and heals the minds of others – regardless of what they feel in the world. Love restores them and harmonizes them with peace. We must love our enemies because everything that we perceive is a part of our own energy and the only way to restore it is to fill it with love. In each breath, I breathe in the healing, restorative power of love. In each moment in the silence, love and I become one. As we go into complete silence, just listen as love teaches you the meaning of God.
