SEEKING FIRST THE KINGDOM: Week 2 Day 1 of the 2015 Meditation Challenge

I used to believe that I was meditating, but now I know that Spirit – Divine Mind – the endless flow of life – meditates in and as me. In each breath, I breathe in the kingdom of God, and the kingdom breathes as me. Each breath blesses me and cleanses me and reveals to me that kingdom that is everywhere present as me. I stop trying to control the outcome. I let go of worry, judgment and shame.

I close my eyes and feel the breath of the kingdom expanding and expressing as me. I breathe through every pore of my being as the kingdom blessing me. I feel the protection of the kingdom. I feel the prosperity of the kingdom. I feel the grace of the kingdom demonstrating good as me.

I go into the silence, trusting the breath of the kingdom to breathe through me, express as me, reveal to me whatever I need to know.
